Liveaboard Maldives: MY. Manthiri

The Motor Yacht Manthiri is a superbly built liveaboard vessel, specifically designed for long range diving cruises. She is 85 foot long (25m) and bears a beam of 25 foot (7.6m), allowing maximum comfort in luxuriously finished facilities.
She caters for 12 divers plus crew, where divers will be accommodated in 4 twin or 2 double fully air conditioned cabins. Double cabins have a queen size bed. All cabins are built with en-suite bathroom and hot showers, ample storage, drawers, mini bar, locker, and hair dryer.

     The boat's signature is the teak-panneled main salon, one of the largest found on any vessel of this size, comfortably furnished with expensively upholstered sofas in rosewood trim, a state-of-the-art music system, DVD player, multi-system TV/VCR with video camera viewing facilities and camera shelves. On one side of the main salon stands two large round tables seating between them 14 persons for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
     A smaller salon in the rear laid with light table is conveniently placed for viewing slides. E-6 film processing, laptop computer for downloading digital photos and slide projector are available with ample 220 (British Standard square pin plugs) and
110 (US Standard flat plugs) volt power outlets; no transformers or adaptors are needed. This is a vessel equipped with underwater photographers in mind.
     Compressors and NITROX system and all the dive gear are on an accompanying 54 foot dive boat called a dhoni with a spacious dive deck comfortably seating 14 persons with elbow room to spare, head, hotwater shower, and rinse tank.

Liveaboard cruises are run on a determined schedule, please contact us for availability. Cruises are on a 7 nights or 9 nights format, with prices starting at 1,890 US$ per person for a week diving cruise. Departure is from Male, customers will be picked up at the airport and transferred around 09:00 A.M. on the cruise first day, disembarkment occurs on the last day of the cruise after breakfast around 10:00 A.M.
MY Manthiri is one of the only vessels in the Maldives to provide Nitrox on board for Nitrox certified divers.

7 Nights: 1,890 US$ per person, all meals, 4 dives a day
9 Nights: 2,430 US$ per person, all meals, 4 dives a day
Christmas and New Year period: Add 30 US$ per person per day
